Who We Are

Soyka NL is a non-profit organization (stichting) that unites Russian immigrants who uphold democratic values, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Our mission is to advocate for human rights, peace, and social justice, while also providing support and humanitarian aid to those affected by war and repression.

Our values:

  • freedom

  • democracy

  • equality

  • rule of law

  • and respect for human rights.

Since our establishment, we have assisted over 6,000 refugees in the Netherlands and are committed to expanding our impact further. Additionally, we host events to disseminate accurate information about Russian politics and society and to foster a supportive community.

Core Projects

Targeted aid to refugees

We’re filling the gaps that large NGOs and governments often miss. Whether it’s stuff for kids, sport equipment,  much-needed appliances, or support for mental well-being, we provide the essentials that help refugees rebuild their lives.

So far, we’ve supported over 5,000 refugees in the Netherlands—and we’re just getting started.

Community Events

We organize events that shed light on the real political and social landscape of Russia and neighbouring countries.

Our goal is to foster a strong, supportive community of like-minded individuals in the Netherlands.

Capacity building

We've launched a website and a TG-bot that brings together antiwar initiatives led by Russians around the world. Our mission is to capture the attention of politicians, journalists, and the broader public, encouraging them to get involved. Additionally, we curate open calls for funding applications that support antiwar initiatives and independent media, helping to amplify their impact.
